About LB Bon-Odori Festival
In this event, you have to dance for "more than 2 minutes" before you can get the LB gift. Once you sit in the yellow sphere, the count down will begin. After this count disappears you will be able to join the LB.
By the way, this dance is called "Bon Odori". Everyone goes around a symbol called a "yagura" while dancing a dance called Bon Odori. This event is inspired by the Japanese summer festival.
