The Rosé-nyan's real world story...

The new employee's PC that join the company in April will arrive at the beginning of March, so I will be a raging kitting festival!
And - my boss said "I'd like to release the web video by mid-March". and he taking the liberty of setting my schedule! (my role is, taking, editing, uploading, and announcing the video💢).
But hey, think about it--if I want to release the video in mid-March, the taking is at the same time as the kitting of new PCs! I'm pissed!
And,, we have interns coming in late March. I'm supposed to be in charge of handling that as well. and I also have to take care of the procedures for the new employees who will join the company in April...!
and, and, and, and ..... I'm fed up!(sigh)

Because,, it's not just that job. I also have to do my regular work, right?
In other words, while doing the above, I have to edit the company's website, edit data for brochures, operate and manage servers and systems, and deal with troubleshooting in between. Because my original position is I'm the manager of all systems, equipment, and service systems in the name of being in charge of systems!
Oh, ......In March, I have to work on holidays because of the system construction... _:(´ω`」∠):_

3月頭に4月入社の新入社員用のPCが届くんだにゃ。だから怒涛の春のキッティング祭りになるにゃよー
更には上司が「3月中旬にはWeb動画を公開したい」なんて言って予定を勝手に入れられたにゃ(撮影＆編集＆アップ＆お知らせ係にゃの…)…。でもさ、よく考えてみて？3月中旬に公開ってことはさ、撮影はキッティングと同時進行じゃないか！最悪だにゃ💢
更に更に3月下旬にはインターン生が来るんだにゃ。その対応もロゼにゃんの担当になっちゃったのにゃ。更に並行して4月から入社する社員の入社手続き関係もあるにゃ…
更に、更に、更に、更に…んもううんざりにゃぁぁぁ！

これだけならいいにゃよ？でも上の仕事だけじゃないにゃよ。その間にもロゼにゃんは本来の仕事もしなきゃいけないにゃよ。自社サイト編集とかパンフレットのデータ編集とかサーバー＆システムの運用管理とかさー。あとトラブル対応とかもあるでしょー
だって、ロゼにゃんはシステム担当という名の、すべてのシステム、設備、サービス関係の管理者にゃのだから！
あ…、3月はシステム更新工事があるから休日出勤もあるんだったにゃ…_:(´ω`」∠):_

(´Д｀)ﾊｧ…人手不足過ぎて採用担当までさせられることになったもんでにゃ…ロゼにゃん無事〇亡予定のお知らせだにゃ。。
残業はしないって決めてるけど、本当にしないでいられるかにゃぁ……
