We have set the following policies / rules for better relationship with customers.
Copyable products can not be transferred. If you would like to gift our items to someone, please use SecondLife Marketplace. or Gift Card. (Gift cards are available at the mainstore)
♦ When you paid but you cannot receive the products, Please send notecard to owner. Please be sure to fill in the transaction record of the note card. When sending transactions to me, IM is shredded or too long so hard to see, so in that case you need to send a note card to owner.(NOTE: We support you only within 30 days after you bought our products.)
♦ In this cases, We cannot support you. (The products cannot be sent again.)
☹ When the products that can be transferred have disappeared from your inventory. (ex:Gacha Item)
☹ When you bought transferable product and if you accidentally delete it.
When this case, Please send the ticket for Linden support with transaction-records. However, it’s not always guaranteed.
Basically, we do not offer refunds. However, please contact us in the following cases.
♦ When the same item that can be copied is purchased more than once.
└Please contact us and we will refund you immediately.
♦ If you purchase a single item and then purchase a FatPack(e.g. ALLcolor).
└Please contact the owner after purchasing the FatPack. The price of the single item will be refunded.
Refunds will not be given under any circumstances in the following cases.
♦ If the user's body shape is very large or very small and the product does not fit. └.:.Honey Dragon.:.'s product size base is "Standard Shape". If the user's body shape is very large or very small, there is a possibility that the product will not fit the body. Even in that case, no refund or exchange can be made.
♦ If you don't know how to edit.
└Editing may be necessary to fit the user's body shape. Please note that refunds or exchanges on the grounds of not knowing how to edit are not possible.
